We will meet in Piazza Duomo, the main square of Amalfi. In the first part of the experience, I will test your knowledge about limoncello. Once all doubts have been clarified, especially on the choice of alcohol and the recognition of a quality liqueur, I will explain the maceration, production and bottling process in detail.
