What we collect

BiteTheCity is an informational and affiliate website. We do not process bookings, payments, or personal travel documents — those are handled entirely by our partner platforms (primarily Viator). We collect only what's needed to run the site and, if you consent, to understand how it's used:

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — only after you accept cookies in the banner.
• Any information you send us directly by email (e.g. via info@bitethecity.it).

Third parties

When you click through to book an experience, you leave BiteTheCity and interact directly with the partner platform (primarily Viator) and the tour operator. Their own privacy policies govern any information you provide during booking.
