Our family has a winery that produces wines 'col fondo' for over a century, refermented in the bottle. They are the wines of the tradition of our territory, of which we strongly wish to preserve the memory. The long experience in spontaneous fermentation has allowed us to enter the world of beer in recent times compared to wine, but it confirms our passion for this type of processing.
